Breakfast was excellent. Kitchen in the room was well equipped and bed was comfortable. Staff was uniformly cheerful and helpful.
Negatives:
There was some issue with the description of amenities listed in the Booking description not matching the hotel's understanding. The hotel corrected the issue for me and noted this for communication with Booking.

Positives:
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Our room was very clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
I think the property could have an area for the dogs to do their business. It was not very comfortable having to walk him around parking lots.

7: 00 pm check in. I reserved 2 rooms. We were able to check in one room at about 11 am. But the 2nd room wasn't ready until after 6 pm. We finally checked into the 2nd room about 7: 00 pm. The front desk said they'd call us once the room was ready but they didn't.

Positives:
Staff was nice, except for breakfast staff. The location is good. Overall property was clean except as noted.
Negatives:
View not good, breakfast quality was terrible, microwave in breakfast area filthy. In the past breakfast was better. Bed was filthy but staff was nice about cleaning the room once I brought the situation to their attention. Breakfast staff not nice at all. The room had 2 queen beds. One of the beds was filthy, pictures attached. When I complained they corrected the situation, but I was disgusted. The breakfast was of poor quality. They started to take down the breakfast 15-20 minutes before the stated end time.

We paid for a king sized bed and got a queen, and were told a ridiculous excuse that they have different sized king beds… we also paid for parquet flooring and got old carpet. Definitely didn’t get what we paid for
