the worst staff at front desk. No one smiled, said welcome, thanks. Instead they SHOUTED AT ME SEVERAL TIMES !!! BIZARRE!!! HEATER SPEWDED OUT SICKENING BURNT ELECTRICAL WIRES, SERIOUS FIRE HAZARD. FRONT DESK REFUSED TO SWITCH ROOM, FIX HEATER, GIVE BLANKETS, 40F AT NIGHT I COULDNT SLEEP. Room key didn't work half of the times.

Location of the property was good. It was quiet. Parking was decent

Right off the bat, the old lady at the front desk was a sourpuss. Just a bad demeanor. The pillows were extremely hard. I think they were stuffed with bricks. The mattress was very uncomfortable as well. It had more lumps in my mother‘s oatmeal.

The check in clerk was rude..complaining that she was the only one working and also had to be in the phone and then disappeared to a back room out of site, never apologizing for the delays. The check in process was very slow as multiple people had arrived to check in and the clerk was clearly frazzled. In the morning, the coffee was empty and we opted to leave the hotel quickly. Having said that the room was clean, but had trouble keeping the room warm as there was only one light blanket on the bed and the heater was not keeping the room warm

They charge $10 to park. Unless your facility is in the middle of downtown, this never makes sense to me.

It was located within walking distance to old town with a mall and restaurants. It was also nice having a restaurant right beside the motel.
Negatives:
No fridge in the room, you have to pay for parking, small towels. The restaurant beside the motel was closed Mondays. There was also a police incident at the motel which made it feel unsafe.
