Everything, the staff is helpful and courteous. We stay every 3 weeks for 1 or 2 days.we have a service dog who is old and they are very pet friendly

The electric on one side of the room was disconnected, affecting lights and coffee maker etc. I fixed it myself.

The room was large but dated and run down. There are some remodeled rooms as construction is going on.

Did not like the food selection for breakfast as it was expensive and not freshly prepared. We opted to eat at the Mayo Clinic which was very good. The rooms are a bit odd as you cannot walk inside to the lobby. We had to walk outside to catch the shuttle

The updated rooms are VERY nice, the location is perfect for patients of Mayo Clinic Shea campus and it is in a quiet, safe location

We had no indication that the hotel was in the midst of a major remodel - it was a bit concerning to pull up to the entrance doors blocked by piles of construction materials. There is no breakfast available while the remodel is ongoing

The staff members were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good, and Im glad they have snacks for purchase because there arent many restaurants near by.

A notice of renovations to the fitness room prior to my arrival would have been appreciated.
