Spacious room. Nice business center. Nice breakfast buffet that was included with the room price. Friendly, helpful staff.
Negatives:
Our refrigerator only seemed to get on a low setting, meaning our food not that cold .I reported this problem to the front desk at the end of our stay. The room with the guest laundry room had a leaky ceiling.

Positives:
The hotel staff was wonderful and it was nice to have a free breakfast every morning. There were lots of nice restaurants in the area and a lot of nice paths to walk on which I enjoyed. I mainly came for the pool which did not disappoint!
Negatives:
I did feel like our room could have been a little cleaner. Very obvious stains on the carpet all throughout our room. And the way the bed was made, it was almost like they just threw a bunch fo layers of sheets onto the bed with no rhyme or reason.
Positives:
The hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood. Very quiet and somewhat off the beaten path. The campus is beautiful and the pool and courtyard are well kept and make for an enjoyable time outside. The room layout is nice as well. Nice kitchen and bathroom.
Negatives:
Surprise fees, I paid an extra fee of $75 at check-in. The clerk told me it is customary and "should have been told about it." The first room was used and dirty. Bed slept in and towels on the floor. Second room was better, still not as clean.

Location is good but hotel staff was really Rude .I reserved 2 queen room they gave me one king they said we are sold out when i paid in Advance .breakfast was really bad no selection over priced hotel .i dont recomand

The room was nice. We liked having a full kitchen and two separate rooms. Breakfast was acceptable. We appreciated some gluten free options. Gym was good. Pool was nice and jacuzzi was great!!
Negatives:
Bed was too soft. My husband's back hurt from it. I didn't realize there wasn't a full oven. A toaster oven would have been helpful. Breakfast was good but more variety would be nice. Gluten free bread/bagels would be nice.

The location is easy to find and I love that there is a store and restaurants/shopping right next door for easy access. Staff were very professional and friendly, I loved the complimentary drinks between 5-6 each day. Free parking and beautiful grounds.

We stayed in room 322 and I had booked that room for a view of the courtyard but unfortunately there was a ginormous bushy tree that blocked our entire view of the courtyard. It was kind of a bummer.
