Check in was easy.
Negatives:
The room was dirty, musty, and smelled bad. The bed had hair from the prior visitor. It’s almost like they just made the bed and didn’t put clean bedding. We called the front desk for new bedding and they said they would bring it, but they would not make the bed which I thought was ridiculous. In addition the room was so hot and it didn’t matter what we did it would it cool down. We called the front office again and, when their engineer came down, we found out that the AC unit was broken.
This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We only ended up being there a few hours and left.

One of the most clean and cozy facilities I've ever stayed. And we do this half a dozen times a year. Sonesta suites gainey ranch is now, our home away from home.

I was very pretty. Especially around sun set. The room came with cooking equipment and a toaster. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and clean.
Negatives:
The room I stayed in had very minimal things I didn’t like but the biggest problem I had was the flickering light in the kitchen. I think it had a short. It would flicker or not turn on. That’s a fire hazard. I did wish the shower had a hand held shower head. I would recommend matching light bulb colors because all the lights didn’t matched in color. It’s not a big deal and it didn’t affect my stay but does make a difference in appearance and quantity.
