The lake adjacent to the pool is a diamond in the rough. I feel like the property could add so much more to that particular area that would definitely pay dividends in the value of the guest experience.

The pool and the lake were a highlight of the resort.

First of all, it was exorbitantly priced. On top of it, we choose breakfast included which increased the price of the stay. As we were 3 adults staying, they only gave us 30$ spending limit (everyone included in that price) on the breakfast where a single dish started from 17$. When we sat for breakfast, they told us we’ll start with coffee implying that it is on the restaurant, which it should have, was charged on our bill.
Overall, not a great stay and poor management in terms of customer service. They only cared about how to scoop more money from the customers.
