Absolutly nothing about this place was good. i really hated every second of my time there. even when trying to think of something that was good it's almost impossible... bad things were happening with this hotel from the first second.
Negatives:
Worst hotel experience I've had in my life. I'm staying at high end hotels every month and have never experienced such a military, aggressive approach towards hotel guests ever. The security team force-opened my room after a druggie said that his things are in my room, they tried to say that I knew the guy, and I did, but he was never on the rooms same. After trying to explain more to them the manager called security and said that I have charged them with theft, which I didn't and that I am now trespassing and would be removed from the hotel at 11pm to the street!. Never caused any noise/disturbance to anyone. This hotel should not be a part of the w brand that I love so much, I am not canceling my Marriot membership along with 10 people from the conference we were at.
