Hotel was disgusting. So filthy. Bedding not clean. Whole hotel needs condemned as its so outdated and filthy. Ive stayed in third world countries that are cleaner and cared for better. Zero pride in ownership of this hotel!

The cleanest of the room , The location, But the breakfast was just awful. The eggs had no flavor was cooking a crockpot with little water. There was no bacon, no sausage . Breakfast definitely needs to be cooked it needs to have some (taste it had none

The check-in process was quick & easy. The lady at the desk was nice. But the motel was awful so we did not stay. After walking up to the room & looking around, we immediately checked out.

The motel looks like it hasn't been renovated in 30 years. The furniture is old & dirty. The paint is dirty & peeling. The whole motel smells like curry. The alcove where the ice machine is supposed to be has a bunch of chairs stacked up. No ice maker.

Continental breakfast was very disappointing. Expected everyone to use same paper cup for Waffle batter. Coffee was empty all morning peanut butter was a big jar with everyone digging in it. Sunny D is not juice and milk was luke warm.

Bed was too firm. We like a soft bed. Did not sleep well.

Location was great. Room was nice with big comfortable bed. Family that works or owns the place was very nice. Show Low in a great town to visit. People are so friendly and beautiful surrounding area to fish or explore.
Negatives:
Pillows were so small, other guest were very noisy with lots of kids screaming. Breakfast was very strange, only waffles, cereal and microwave eggs. There was no meat and looks like they were on a strict small budget, not the normal breakfast for a Super 8 or Wyndham. Notes all over the property like to one I added. Blow dryer almost caught fire.

b Breakfast was bread, 2 juices, bad box eggs, 2 cereals-one kids, 1 raisin bran, and waffle. Some lady had to ask for yoghurt & there was no fruit. Bit miserly & begrudging.

customer service & more generous breakfast for $150 a room.

I enjoyed my first 3 day so much I stayed 3 more, and will do it again if me and Spirit need one!!

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds and perfect location.

Noise in hallway can be heard loudly like there is no door, not good when you need to sleep early. Also, since pool is not heated, jacuzzi was crowded. Need better coffee.
