The room was so nice for the price. Great location.

I didn't care for the bad attitude given by
a member of the staff. Elevator was out for 2 days so had to use stairs that smelt like urine. Would have also liked the kitchen area to be open a little while longer.

Oatmeal every day we were there (5 days) was like watery soup. TV was abysmal. I re-ran a cable directly from wall to bedroom TV which dramatically improved that TV, but eliminated living room TV. Cause-cheap cable, 2-bit splitter, & improper wiring.

Location was ideal for us. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Staff was kind and responsive.

Rooms smell like kennels. They need to wash the walls, clean the ice machines (at least the ones that work).

The hotel was dirty in general. Our card was charged multiple times for our stay & we had to wait for reimbursement which put an extreme strain on our vacation. Laundry facilities didnt work. Disappointed.

I've visited many hotels in the valley,and Windmill Suites is one of my top favorites.Their suites are all updated nicely with a modern touch. Their suites are amazing with the bedroom separate from the living room w/a pull out couch.w 2 TV's for ea rm.

Nothing negative to say. But maybe a suggestion on a couple of things. I think a larger trash can would be great. Ppl eat out alot, that makes more containers and trash to be expected. And better lighting in the bthrm. Us ladies and our makeup need light.

The fitness center is only a few cardio machines and 1 pair of 30# dumbbells
