The place is nice and quiet. It feels like an apartment complex. The pool area is nice.
Negatives:
I had stayed two nights. The first night the AC was blowing air but it wasn’t as cold. I wasn’t happy throughout the night but suffered through it. The next morning I asked the front desk lady if I could have another room because of the AC wasn’t working. She said she would send someone up to fix it but I asked for another room. She granted me a new room for my second night and the AC was so much better. The other room was stuffy, warm, and I couldn’t sleep as much because of the condition.

Positives:
Everything about our experience was great. The staff was very friendly and truly helpful. We ate breakfast and couldn't have asked for anything better. It wasn't just at the meets level it was above and beyond. The location was great also! Whenever we travel to the Phoenix and surrounding areas, this is where we will stay.

I was on the 2nd floor. Cant remember the room number. didnt make up the bed each day. The door had problems locking. toilet had trouble flushing. Complimentary breakfast should last longer. Televisions should be upgraded to smart tvs to allow for streaming.
