I had a bad experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and it had bed bugs. I was bitten by bed bugs and I had brought it to the attention of the staff. They were not that helpful. One (Sonja) of the staff did mention and showed me their bed bug bites after staying there prior to my stay. They were supposed to have refunded me my money but I have not received it from booking dot com yet. The main property manager wouldn't talk with me. He basically talked over me and was unapologetic and banned me from the premises because I wanted to be accommodated for the inconvenience. He yelled at me and cursed at me on the phone. His name was George.

Refer to the above column. They left trash overnight and part of the following day. Drug addicts and prostitutes also frequently were roaming around through parts of the day and night. Rooms are outdated in many of the residents. I had to be moved from my first room because dog hair was on the comforters and I was moved to another room that had bed bugs which indicated in the "What did you like?" Column. I will never rent a room at this location and I will never refer anyone else to either. It was a nightmare and I still haven't received my refund which booking.com promised that it would be processed in full in the amount of $394.60.
