The location was great, super close to old town Scottsdale, college vibes all around Tempe, stay was affordable, liquor store across the street, nice staff, free breakfast every morning and free parking
Negatives:
The pillows are not very comfortable, beds make a lot of noise, shower doesn’t drain while showering, floor is super super dirty( must wear house shoes at all times), plugs in the walls are loose, TV only has regular channels ( No YouTube or Netflix or anything with internet) , WiFi was weak and disconnected a few times

Staff was excellent, they were very friendly, and helped me get an earlier check in which was very helpful. The breakfast that was provided was amazing and had lots of options and sides. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Everything. My room was so dirty. The staff wouldn’t answer the lobby phone so I could ask for more towels and a maid to come to the room to give us towels or new shampoo and conditioner I had to go out to the store to get some shampoo and conditioner. There was no towels in the room when we arrived the AC wasn’t working so we sweated the entire time.
