From checkin to checkout, the staff at the front desk (Karen) was warm and friendly. The hotel was unbelievably clean, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Hands down one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in! Great job to this wonderful team of dedicated hospitality folks!

Negatives:
Front desk people were pretty rude and made us feel not wanted at the hotel also for a pet friendly location they treat people like they are doing something wrong. By the way mine is a service dog and I was ask few times with a tone if I signed papers all front desk employee. Also no good potty area for pets to use restroom.
