Good location. Very clean rooms overall. One mattress did have a large stain on the side of it though and some stray hairs on the mattress pad.
Negatives:
The rooms are non smoking but one room reeked of cigarette smoke and staff would not give us another room. They tried to get the smell out with a machine but it didn't work. It was horrible. Mattresses should have bed bug covers and they don't. Towels were not replaced between guests because they also had the stench of cigarette smoke on them. Which makes me wonder what else they just leave if it looks unused. Shower doors wouldn't stay closed.

Staff was mean and rude. Had to fold toilet paper several times for it to be usable. Bath towels were hard, scratchy, and some had what appeared to be old blood stains.
