The towels in the room were dirty and had hairs in them. The food there was okay, not great and there wasn’t much seating for how large the hotel is. Would be nice if there was someone that walked around asking if we needed anything.

Staff was friendly and entire hotel was very clean. My room was well stocked with toiletries, coffee, and towels. My room was very quiet, too!
Negatives:
The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I did not get a good night of sleep the whole time I stayed at the hotel. I was disappointed in this because I was so happy with everything else about my stay. I would have given a 10 if the bed had been more comfortable. Bad sleep impacts the quality of a vacation.
