Front desk staff was communicative and friendly. Very customer service oriented.
Negatives:
The hotel is dirty. Elevator was grimy. Room was extremely small with no where to put your stuff. Garbage cans were extremely small. The hallway carpet had a bandaid and a Qtip laying on the hallway carpet with various other visible dirt our entire visit.
Fitness center had good equipment but the floors were dirty. And had visible sweat drips and chalk the entire visit.

Didn’t realize there was a game at ASU. Took an hour to go from 202 to the hotel and we had to do it twice.
