I like that the room was clean and spacious and had plenty of sitting areas. I like the pool area and that you gave free breakfast and had shuttle services. The staff is friendly.

Property was great and I stayed 2 nights and both times At breakfast there was no syrup for the waffles.
I would figure they would at least go to the store to get some unless that isn’t allowed or they have to wait for corporate or something.

The motel was close to the airport.
Negatives:
The whole facility is old and the workmanship to upgrade is poor. Maintenance used a hose to spray off the walkways upstairs and wet every car below. Room 207 has terribly stained carpet. The doors to the hallways and room areas do not make use of the key cards. Anyone can enter. The bath tub’s painted enamel is peeling and rusting.

The only positive thing I can say is that they held our reservation and were good with getting our shuttle to and from the airport on time. The man who drives their shuttle van is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. And it was close to the airport.
Negatives:
The staff were rude and at best unfriendly. The room was dirty but as clean as it could be I suppose. The room had a constant smell of sewage and you could even smell it when you got out to the courtyard and began walking upstairs to the room. The ice machine was empty the entire time. They say they offer free WiFi but won't give you the password and upon asking for it I was instructed to bring my laptop and other devices to them and they would input the information in my devices themselves. I didn't take a chance on that and instead used my cell phone as a hotspot. The only positive thing I can say is that they held our reservation and were good with getting our shuttle to and from the airport on time. The man who drives their shuttle van is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The rest of the staff were not friendly at all and you can tell right away they don't like their job and they don't want to be there and honestly I don't blame them however if you are going to hire someone for a customer service position they should at least be somewhat friendly to their guests.

I was promised an early shuttle, but they made me pay for a taxi. There are no restaurants near the hotel, I had to pay $27 for pizza that started at $12.
