The staff in the office was very nice and helpful and brought us more towels but couldn't help with the other problems. The room was tiny but that wasn't a problem. The location was right around the corner from the hospital which was where we were going.
Negatives:
It didn't have a breakfast. There was supposed to be a mini refrigerator in the room and there wasn't. The ice machine was broken, so no ice. The TV wouldn't turn on. We killed a very large cockroach in the room.
