Upping arrival half of the building was under construction for three days meaning constant noise and construction workers right outside my door, I had to get a new room over 10 times in the 2 week span because it would stop working, tweaked a everywhere all the time at all hours, guy parked right outside of my door for an entire week sat in his car and blasted music in his convertible purposely to annoy, had a guy literally stand over me on the second floor and watched me pack up even after i said something. everything about the place is disrespectful and i should not have been charged like that for a place like this. Motel 6 has done NOTHINNGGG. i get it. its a motel.

The basic facilities were not working. The key card was not working. Every time, we had to go to the reception to get the door unlocked. Someone was banging on the door in the middle of the day. Basic amenties mentioned in the description such as hair dryer etc. was not present at all.

It wasn't clean. It was in a horrible neighborhood. There were only sheets on the bed. Insufficient toiletries.

The guy at the front desk was great

The headboard for one of the beds was detached from the wall and a piece to it was in a corner by the bathroom with long screws sticking out, mind you I have two small children. The AC worked but looked like it was about to fall off the wall and pieces were missing where the air came out. The floor was visibly dirty, not swept or mopped and mini fridge was filthy. Part of the toilet didnt look like it was cleaned and the tub had hair and whatever else in it as well as soap scum. I had to rinse it out before use. I have been a housekeeper on and off over the years and their housekeepers should be fired or written up. This was the worst motel 6 I have been at in the east valley. The room I was in should have been marked out of order. This place needs to be fined and needs new management.
