Positives:
Staff was able to change my card every time I would deactivate by placing it next to my cell phone. Did not know doing so would make it stop working. Although they were not able to change my sheets, they did give me new clean ones and towels.
Negatives:
I did not like the fact that while staying there the first night, a fight broke out between two other guests and threw a plastic purse that landed on my windshield leaving scratches on it. Although they did apologize for the fact that that happened nothing else was offered. I went to the pool the next day expecting to swim a little, but when arrived noticed the water was cloudy. They can do a better job at keeping that pool clean.

I appreciate that I was able to check in a bit before 3 pm without any hassle. My room was located around back and fairly quiet. The internet worked well.
Negatives:
The room and property itself were pretty rough around the edges. The mattress had a big dip in it where I constantly rolled while sleeping. You had to hold the toilet handle down til it completely flushed or else it wouldn't flush. There was no way to plug the drain in the sink. I couldn't find a plug near the bed to charge my phone, although there were a couple of them on the opposite wall. None of these were a big deal but became kind of annoying. My single biggest complaint was that there wasn't a fridge in the room. That means to keep a drink cold I was pretty much limited to trapsing down to the laundry room to get ice; however, only one ice machine was working, and it was nearly out. The bucket was tiny and so I had to go get ice several times. Since there was no plug for the sink, I couldn't just fill the sink with ice. Most budget motels now a days usually have little fridges.

Microwaves in the rooms would be nice as well as the travelers size refrigerators. There was no ice available but ice buckets in the rooms .
