Positives:
I enjoyed durability of the mattress, was good enough to get adequate sleep. Wasnt much of disturbances as its location is right off Main Street. Did notice they pride in sanitizing stairs with pressure washer. A highly noticeable improvement to those folks whom like to parlay and chill outdoors and enjoy the scenery.
Negatives:
There pet policy first night my sleep was disrupted , however I blame it solely on the owner of the Dog whom wasnt in proper obedience and was seeking attention during the night hours.

This location was very dirty smells like smoke even though you booked a non smoking room I did let the manager know she wants to charge me. 20 dollars for an upgrade thats crazy .

The hotel was located in perfect place. Diner was close and store. Had no issues at all. Was super happy that we got to check in early. Thank you!!

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. Everything was good. The hotel is a bit older but still looked good. Best were comfy.

This was an inexpensive alternative to most of the hotels in the area. It was clean and the location was good.
Positives:
That someone was available to check us in late at night because of the time we were getting in.
Negatives:
I booked two queen beds when we got there, they had oversold and had us in a one bed where one of us had to sleep on the chair. It was so late that we had no choice but to stay there.

The general manager and others at the front desk were wonderful, but the main problem (no hot water for shower/bath for all 3 nights) apparently could not be remedied. We did appreciate that the room had a small refrigerator and microwave, and GREATLY appreciated the general manager's understanding of the hot water problem (he ultimately refunded us for one of the three nights, much appreciated, though it's hard to make up for no warm baths for 3 nights). I would have said having a bath tub was something to appreciate if we'd had the water needed to use it.
Negatives:
No hot water, all three nights, for showers/baths. Bikers revving bikes in the middle of the night--LOUD bikes, not going anywhere, just being revved right outside of our room. No drawers to use with belongings during stay. No carpet on floor.

The towels were stained and there was no water to take a shower. Also the lights in the bathroom weren't working properly and the floor was dirty
