The room was filthy. Toilet seat was broke toilet would not stop running my husband had to turn off the water to it to make it stop. There were sketchy people walking around the parking lot. There were two guys outside of our hotel room doing drugs in the courtyard. My 2 year old sun was walking around the room for 5 mins and his feet were black. The freezer was dirty and there were dead flys in it. There was 1 towel for the room. There were 2 adults and a child staying for this trip we called the front desk they sent the maintenance guy to our room to fix the toilet seat. He had brought cocking said oh I have to get something else he would be back in a few mins we waited almost 45 mins still wasn’t back so called back to the office and was told that he had a emergency that he was taking care of and would be there soon. I told my husband to go back up and check us out we were not staying here it didn’t seem safe. Would not go back.

This property was not up to any kind of standards. We could not checking til 6pm, missing apart of our event. The room was absolutely dirty. They left the sheets from the people before us. ( with dog foot prints and urine at the bottom of the bed )The toilet was not clean the sink was clogged. There was food and crumbs in every room. The couch has stains on it we had to sit on our towels and when we asked for more they stated we can give you one. There TV in the main room didn’t work, the phone didn’t work. I went to the front dest 3 time to inquire about having things cleaned fixed. The continental breakfast was a joke. There was absolutely nothing to drink, the fruit was rotten, the said they ran out of batter to make waffles. There was burnt eggs, stale bagels, cream cheese, yogurt, and cereal with NO milk. The morning desk clerk was rude and condescending when asked anything.

Me and my wife stayed in the room, was only giving one towel. They knew two people were in the room because they took both copies of our ID’s. Went to ask house keeping for another one she said “we don’t have anymore.” Called the front desk for more towels only brings one big shower towel. Also rooms had hard wood flooring after walking around the room for 10 mins getting ready my feet were black.

The room is nothing like what was pictured for a room with a kitchenette. No seating area no extra trash cans in the either room only in bathroom. Check in is at 3 and we got there at 3:40 and still had to wait for our room to be ready. Only one towel was in the room at check in so needed to call for towels. And there is no phone in the room yo call customer service had to use cell phone.

It was convenient to everything for us.

The only thing what we didn’t like was the air conditioner wasn’t working in the room they gave us but we gave it a few minutes to 30 minutes but the room wasn’t getting cool at all so I went and talk to the coworker regarding our issue so Robert went above and beyond for us and move us to another room and we definitely was happy about it. Robert deserves a raise for everything he did for us and made our stay like home. Definitely will be back to book the hotel again soon. Thank you Robert for everything.
