After Monday, Apr 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. Positives: Lovely pool and spa, rooms and bedding clean . Great area to stay

Negatives: Told Breakfast till 9.30 am but nothing hot left when we got there before 9. Got some food replaced after having to ask but not everything so disappointed! Room was a bit tired and a broker cupboard door and big mark on the carpet

Negatives: Our room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. It wasn’t awful and didn’t bother us personally that much, but we called to let the office know when we arrived (to ensure they didn’t charge US for smoking in the room) and they already knew about the smoke. Felt like the room should be discounted or something. We’ve stayed here before and the room was completely clean.
