Good news! Before Thursday, May 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Thursday, May 16th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, May 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, May 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: breakfast was fine and very clean. location was great for my purposes. staff were polite and pleasant.

Negatives: returning to my room at 2:30 or 3 o'clock and finding no cleaning had been done - unmade bed, no clean towels,.etc. on both full days of my stay. I asked for a manager second time but he was unavailable. Wrote a letter to manager after returning home but received no response whatsoever. very disappointing since I am long-time user of Best Western . (Even stayed at BW in Krakow Poland on my last trip to Europe.)The Tempe BW we had previously used has closed so we tried this one. I have BW Rewards and reservation in Jonesboro AR for Memorial Day.

Positives: The room was set up weird (sink was outside of the bathroom) but the room was nice and clean. The staff was super nice (I didn’t get her name) but when I booked through booking, it didn’t have my full name. She remembered someone with my name was supposed to check in today so we were able to find my reservation. I didn’t get the try the free breakfast but it looked very good.

Negatives: The sink was on the outside of the bathroom.
