This is a flop house, it's very unsafe. We could not check in, for the first time ever I had a hotel not believe my wife was my wife, who did not have her ID on her. So like I said they must be used to a steady stream of shady characters, as I could not check in with my ID alone. The staff person was a jerk, I mean we offered to show pictures of ourselves on Facebook to prove she was my wife. This is a just a seedy, dangerous place. This was a horrible experience and if nothing is credited to us we'll dispute the charge directly with Booking.com.

Positives:
The location was perfect for the Talking Stick Auditorium and very close to the freeway. The coffee shop across the car park was excellent
Negatives:
The rooms were tired, with dog scratches around the doors and table. The bathroom was stained. The lighting was poor. The swimming pool was inaccessible. There was no coffee or tea in the room. The staff were only available through a grill. The room was expensive!
