Between Friday, Nov 15th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Nov 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Nov 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 16, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy
