Between Saturday, Dec 21st, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Dec 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Dec 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 22, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Staff were friendly, breakfast was always fully stocked, easy to check-in and checkout. The TV let me connect to my Netflix account.

Negatives: My card key was demagnetized a few times, my smoke detector was beeping one day when I came back to my room and I just had to remove the battery until it could be fixed the next day. Though it was fixed when I returned after my work engagement the next day. And I didn't realize how noisy it was going to be so close to the highway.

Positives: The morning breakfast is one of the best in Tucson for the tier of hotel, it's always new and fresh and has great portions, the rooms are always clean and the beds are clean of anything and every stain very nice job

Negatives: The front desk staff was very rude pushy and not accommodating to your needs they looked at us as just a number and not as humans and ones with needs
