Entire property lost power during the middle of the day and management didn’t attempt to check in with any of the guests or keep us informed about what was happening. The room was near the elevator making it very loud not to mention I could hear one of the housekeepers cussing all morning about guests. The room also never cooled down even with the air conditioner on constantly.

The view that I seen online. I was so satisfied when I finally got to the property late at night and thought I was going to be able to check in and get a good night's rest only to have them tell me their system was down again.
Negatives:
Everything because I never got to check in it was 1:00 in the morning and I was already doing a late check out it's not like I was asking for anything for free because I only had 8 hours left in the room really once I checked into the thing. But I never got to because their system was down and then he got on the phone with another company that was off in another continent and the hours were different obviously however our hospitality here in America as being managed by outsourced companies that we can't talk to so nothing ever really gets accomplished and you're just going to have to put up with whatever the f*** they put you in because they don't care anymore there's no such thing as hospitality in America fentanyl ruin that so did every other drug that the government let in I guess. People are not resilience like they used to be neither are companies so they're sending their money off to different places instead of putting back into the economy and they treat us poorly but we're here in America depending on people from another country to run our businesses...

Well, when we check in...
Positives:
Perfect location for visiting a patient at Tucson Medical Center (TMC) or The Center at Tucson (a rehabilitation center) or other medical centers in the area.
It was clean and reasonably priced (less than another hotel near TMC), had a kitchenette, and provided sanitized kitchen items upon request. Coffee, hot water, and packaged breakfast items (oatmeal, muffins, breakfast bars) were provided during specified morning hours. Wifi was good. Staff were professional and helpful.

A place to sleep a couple nights
Negatives:
Utensils, coffee,creamer and coffee maker had to be gotten at the office, no ice machine, no blow dryer, coffee and muffins were the pick and go offered, the luggage rack wheel was breaking off.
Very noisy guests at midnight to 3 am.
