Very dirty and old pool and spa. Also, in the reception, we asked for a room high up, but the receptionist lied to us and said they were full and there weren't any high rooms available. The parking lot was practically empty, which told us there was indeed a room available high up.

I loved how everything was right at your fingertips. Just a short walk from your room to the bar, pool, restaurant, and breakfast. Everything was also very clean and comfortable.

The property was nice. The room seemed a little dated but was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was delicious! They offer free mimosas, too. Didnt use the pool but it looked great. The grounds were well kept.
Negatives:
The staff at the front desk were not very friendly. I wasnt greeted when I walked in by the 2 people behind the desk and had to stand and wait for them to finish talking.
On another occasion, I had to wait for the person to finish on the computer. I do not have a problem waiting. However, my presence should be acknowledged and I shouldve been told they would be with me soon.
Also, you do not get your room attended to daily unless you call the front desk and request it. We were not told this at check in.
Seems like there should be a sign to hang on the door knob requesting the room be made up.
The free breakfast was delicious! Went every morning we were there. They offer free mimosas, as well. However, there were not a lot of staff attending the breakfast. We had to hunt for someone. When we did find a person, she was very polite

Positives:
The staff was great, the pool was beautiful, and the room was spacious
Negatives:
The restaurant and bar closed crazy early, and there were many, many customers disappointed. I've never seen a bar turn away for much business in favor of closing at 8 pm.
It was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, and it was incredibly disappointing. The bartender was unpleasant and treated all of the customers as if we were a burden. I wouldn't go to this restaurant or bar again due to this unpleasant man.
