We didn’t like one thing about this property. It was supposed to be a smoke free property. The moment you stepped off the elevator you slapped in the face cigarette smoke smell/dirty ashtray smell. Each one of the rooms was missing an essential item ie.. washcloth, luggage rack, iron so on, so forth.

Our room was a little worn out, especially the bathroom. The soap tray in the shower was gone, leaving a big mark on the corner wall of the shower. There was a big chip out of the shower floor, down to the metal.

The extremely rude and very unprofessional discriminating staff that was inconsistent in abiding by their company policies as employees should, but yet felt it was right to blame us as guest for their own internal mistakes when we have no control over was absolutely intolerable. They were dishonest in their transactions and interactions with us on way too many levels to describe here. the rules changed as they felt entitled to from day to day or even moment to moment , and exceptions were or were not accomodated and only for certain individuals. The worst experience I've ever had as a customer after spending quite an amount of my hard earned money. I personally have worked in customer service for over 20+ years and I would never treat any client the way they feel it is OK to.

We were on the first floor and it was great! Spacious room and very comfy beds! The pool was smaller than most but clean and plenty of seating around the pool deck. The breakfast and eating area were very good. Thank you for ice water and hot coffee always being available!

The age of the building and fixtures showed in a few areas (door knob missing on the closet door, bathtub had areas that needed new calking) but mostly it was clean and modern.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! The location was close to desireable restaurants and easy on/off the highway.

We were on the 3rd floor and an odd strong odor as soon as we got off the elevator and then really strong when we entered our room! Possibly a chemical odor from recent carpet cleaning??? The closet is not in an obvious location in the room, but it is there!

Positives:
The room was cozy and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking our RV outside was very easy- lots of space outside our room.
Negatives:
The air conditioner had leaked on the floor before we arrived so we had to mop up a small puddle. The bed shook anytime we turned over. The sheets were thin and of a slippery material. We didn’t sleep well. We were assigned a room near the intersection of an interstate highway and a major road, so it was somewhat noisy.
