Negatives: Everything is ok

Negatives: I did not like those thin curtains and could not figure out how to pull the heavier ones until check out time. The print on the shampoo was almost like microfilm.

Negatives: Only ONE WORKING ice machine on the entire property. The breakfast wasn't bad but bacon not offered enough,that being said,I was impressed by the food.

Negatives: Property was very dirty . Trash all over parking lot walk ways were very dirty.

Negatives: The toilet was disgusting. There were stains inside as if it hadn't been cleaned in forever. In order for the toilet to flush, you had to hold down the lever or else it didn't flush properly. When it did flush, it was VERY NOISEY!! Plus the door to the restroom stuck.

Negatives: Breakfast did not have enough seating, and very little food available.Gre

Negatives: There was no hot water at bathroom sink. I would have liked the shower water a little warmer too

Negatives: I did not like anything about the property it was not well-kept.

Negatives: Get rid of the outdated air conditioners. I booked the room so I could get some sleep during my trip from San Diego to New Mexico. I cannot recall the amount of times I was awoken by the noisy air conditioning system. The complimentary breakfast was sub standard compared to many of the other La Quinta hotels I've stayed at in the past. The cheap utensils.. I had to use a spoon for not just my eggs but also to butter my bagels. Come on, raise your standards. If you cannot deliver a product well . Do not offer it. My overall experience smelled of cheap. Do better.

Negatives: The entire property was not as described. Rooms were dirty. When I told the ataff they offered me a second room that was also dirty. I asked if someone could clean it and I was told that they were cleaned and no one was on site to clean. I then requested to cancel my reservation and was told to call booking.com which I did. Spent 3 hours trying to get the hotel staff to answer a call from booking.com so I could leave. Worst experience ever. Staff would answer the phone and put booking.com on hold. I was in the phone with the booking.com staff and watched this occur. When I called to follow up with the hotel staff they again told me they did not get any request from booking.com to cancel. It took me station I was calling La Quinta corporate to get the hotel staff to refund my money. If you choose to stay here, know it is dirty, noisy and far from the description. Staff is rude and will lie to you.

Negatives: Check in process took forever, was told on phone no extra taken for deposit get there and needed another card for deposit after being told they hold the room rate and then deduct more if anything damaged or missing, went to shower after long night of traveling and no hot water at all the heat would not blow hot just fan temperature will not return

Negatives: They forgot to put towels and they made me go to the front desk for them, even though I had two babies in the tub. And they just gave me 2 towels instead of 4, because of hotel policy.
