Negatives: Trash in parking lot

Negatives: Just about everything.. not La Quntas I have stayed in all over the US from management to breakfast: rude Had to have a breakfast ix to prove you stayed there? cold eggs, many times or ran out of food. yogurt, bagels, etcs Bed sink middle, holes in bathroom wall, screen door broke to outside but didn't open curtains as was facing stairway folks walked passed. too many things to mention

Negatives: My first room was disgusting it had large black smelly stains on the carpet and just plain worn out and dirty room. They were accommodating and moved us to a different room which was much better and they said it was their last room but maybe they could find something better in the morning but it still had a strong musty smell and my wifes allergies flared up and we had a rough night. I went and checked on my car and there was a woman that lived in her truck on one side but she was friendly and a suspicious looking couple on the other side and later there was a used condom where they were parked. There were many old cars and trucks in the lot. In the morning at 5 am the parking lot came alive and many of the vehicles had little or no mufflers it sounded like a demolition derby going on down there. At 6:30 am the landscapers start their gas blowers and lawn equipment and again its extremely loud and at 7:30 am housekeeping starts pounding on doors. This all sounds like its happening right in your room Breakfast is in a room with carpet thats covered with huge black stains and if you come a hour before 9 am most of the food is gone and the room is packed with people it seems no one skips breakfast at this hotel even the plates and watery yellow what may be possibly eggs were gone. I paid for a nice La Quinta room so I was very disappointed but if I had booked directly though the hotel I would have paid much less and it would have been a case of you get what you pay for unfortunately I had paid in advance for two nights I contacted Booking.com
