Motel 6-Tucson AZ-Downtown

Positives: I never got to stay in my room. I paid for the room on booking com for 3 nights. When I got to the hotel is when I realized I needed an extra $100 for the deposit I told the lady I didn't have it right then and I went outside to go see if I can get it when I came back in she had canceled my room I emailed booking.com and told him if they could cancel the reservation I got the $100 like 5 minutes later I went back in to see if I can redo the reservation she told me no that she already sent them back to booking.com and there's nothing else she could do about it until they release my money now booking.com tells me they don't have my money and motel 6 tells me they don't have my money it's almost $200 and I don't know where my money is neither one of them knows where my money is

Positives: Location was good not far from restaurants and stores

Positives: King size bed was great for two adults and a kid.

Positives: I like that the staff as are very friendly.

Positives: There was nothing that I liked about this place.

Positives: I don't know why this motel has so many bad reviews, because I really enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean, staff was accommodating, and while it's located near the highway, you can easily walk your way to downtown.
