Stone Ave. Off I-10 is now a homeless corridor. This motel is more of an expensive flophouse for the Tucson underbelly. Came back my first afternoon to 7 Tucson Deputies trying to arrest someone a few doors away. Spend the extra money Forget RedRoof

Positives:
Friendly staff and cleaning ladies. Fairly quiet area. Lobby and bathroom in area very clean. Coffee available at all times. Rooms basic but very clean. Beds were comfortable. AC and heat worked well and quiet. Pet friendly! Good restaurants nearby.
Negatives:
Pool needed to be cleaned. Bathtub and shower need updated. General area did have homeless walking around.

I wasn't comfortable at this hotel at all for me to like anything.

Although,the hotel was fairly clean, it still didn't represent well.The tub was dirty.Tub stopper didn't work.The floors weren't so clean.The sheets, wash cloths, and towels need to be changed. They were so old, and worn out from usage.

Everything it stunk it was disgusting and absolutely no parking people stomping aboveus.Called the front desk and they never would answer. Went to get our deposit back and was told no because we caused to much trouble complaining like we did....

I don't have anything nice to say about this hotel. The female receptionist was incredibly snarky and rude. My flight was delayed, and I had to stay overnight in an airport. I arrived the next day and notified the hotel in advance and was still charged.
Negatives:
This hotel isn't in a safe area of town. The room was incredibly unclean. I had black all over my feet in the hotel room. The sheets weren't clean either, and I found hair strands that weren't mine stuck. Not near key locations either unless driving.

The staff were very very kind and professional. Except for the people that were at the front desk and checked me in. They were unprofessional and cold
