Everything worked -- hot water, mini-kitchen, TV. Bed was comfortable, location was quiet, plenty of parking. Close to a few restaurants and a grocery store.
Negatives:
I was told at check-in that the room would be cleaned on Wednesday and Friday -- trash removed, towels changed, floors swept and mopped. None of that happened. The room was kind of beat -- there was evidence of a leak above the shower in the bathroom, some damage to the furniture, and I was never sure if the room key would actually open the door.

Can't think of a single thing I liked about the experience.
Negatives:
Everything. I booked two rooms and one room we opened to find garbage everywhere and sheets thrown around. We weren't sure if they mistakenly gave us someone else's room or it was just not clean. Turns out it was not a clean room. They gave me a different room when I returned to the front office but it had a horrible smell of cigarettes despite it supposedly being a nonsmoking oom. When I asked if there were any other rooms, they said no and we were stuck with that room. When I asked for the pots and pans there were none available and is the main reason why we chose them. We did not get them until the day after when I asked again. The key cards kept de activating despite me keeping them in my front pocket away from electronics.

Need to fix the rattling sound in the A/C and have someone at the front desk 24 / 7 ...I needed to speak with them and they do not open until 9 AM and I had to go to work before then.
