Quality Inn Winslow I-40

Negatives: We booked a king bed but when we checked in, we got two queens. We requested a change so that we could have a king which was done. The clerk at the front desk was difficult to find, The breakfast was disappointing. The waffle machine didn't work, the orange juice was empty, I went back twice for orange juice but it was never refilled so I did not get orange juice. Settled for nothing, went and purchased breakfast at a restaurant.

Negatives: Our room lights didn’t work except for by our bed and bathroom. There was no hot water.

Negatives: The staff was not helpful! I called the times to the front desk our cable box was not working. All 3 times she told me she would be in her way you could hear it in her voice ahead of time was not happy. She never came!!! She had time to go to her car several times for smoking and talking on phone but we never got TV. Y’all need to take better care of your customers. When I came out at 6am the new girl for that shift was sleeping in the couch! I was not happy about our stay!

Negatives: The only bedding provided was a sheet and a thin bedspread. The construction of the building has no sound proofing. You can hear doors closing at all hours. The hotel is past the point of needing maintenance. The floors and shower areas can not be properly sanitized due to the poor condition. The pool and hot tub area is a real mess. Paint is not going to help this area. The breakfast if that's what we are calling it consisted in the choice of fruit loops or frosted flakes. The pancake machine was broken down. There were only oranges for fresh fruit and there is no telling how many days they have sat in the bowl. The coffee was was cold served out of the carafe. There is no toaster or bread. An attempt was made to eat the small packaged muffins but they tasted worse than they looked.

Negatives: No Breakfast, Hot Tube operating poorly.
