Tile floor damaged- soft spots indicating sub floor issues, toilet was not secured to the floor it jiggled. Hodgepodge, mismatched furniture. Towels were yellow, rough, and thin.

Upon arrival having booked rooms we were told they had no rooms for us.The next day they took the money from my card for both rooms they did not have. I tried to get this back and was advised it would take 30 days! 30 days later no refund so now with my credit card to resolve. Avoid at all costs. I would never book a Rodeway Inn again

Friendly/helpful staff. Lounge and public areas kept clean. Addressed concerns below. Staff acknowledged and took note of issues.

Furnishing were a bit shabby. Hole in bathroom door, leaky tub faucet. Incorrect offset/bath vanity competing for space. Obvious patch on shower ceiling.

Did not stay. Had to find alternative arrangements.

I was able to stay for a few weeks until I started to look for a permanent long-term option. The family that runs this hotel is nice enough. The breakfast is okay, and I felt safe staying there.
Negatives:
Wi-fi worked when I checked in, then it didn't. Staff provided no clear answer why I could not log in using their instructions. After I found a work-around, that stopped working too. I guess if you are staying one night and passing through it won't matter but cell service in Winslow is sketchy/patchy, so having reliability from neither is a problem. Also, I was long-term guest and had to continually ask for my room to be cleaned at least weekly and even then, it wasn't done. I ended up washing the bedding at the laundromat and using my own disinfectant wipes to clean the room.
