Negatives: It room We had was extremely noisy! Plus there were people hanging aroud outside that didn't make us feel safe.

Negatives: The floor was bad the room was not clean we didn’t had toilet paper in the room we found dirty socks in the room , it was just not clean.

Negatives: Breakfast is included which is great BUT this time I was not allowed to bring breakfast back to the room to my husband, we have stayed at this place, even when it was a Best Western, and always bring my husband his breakfast but they said the owner stopped because to much food was being taken. All they need to do is take a ticket for each breakfast to make sure only a meal person - Simple. Not trusting your customers will also not bring them back. Very disappointing.

Negatives: First room had a toilet that wouldn't stop running. They moved us. Second room had no hot water we discovered in the morning. They upgraded us to a suite that had a broken down couch and no water pressure. Trains, planes, and constant heavy traffic noise.

Negatives: Had to put down a security deposit.

Negatives: the room smelled like cigarettes an had a musty smell.

Negatives: There were a lot of suspicious people outside and addicts. It seemed like a dangerous

Negatives: We had a person staying a couple of doors down from us that was very rude

Negatives: Here is my issue with this place. I specifically chose this location because it was close to the hospital I was having surgery at the following morning, and I lived a 2-hour drive away. I had to be there at 5:30 am. When I checked in, I was told the $150 dollar incidentals fee had to be paid in cash, and I couldn't put it on a card. I was told this was because I was considered a 'local' because my driver's license still had the address of the home we just sold, which would still have been a 45 min drive. My husband now had to go find an ATM to get that amount of cash. We were told we would get the deposit back the next day as long as there was no damage to the room. When we asked if someone would be in the office when we left at 5:15 am, we were told the money could only be refunded between 9-11 am. This meant my husband now had to leave the hospital to come back just to get our deposit. It wasn't the end of the world, but it was certainly an inconvenience. If you stay here, just be aware you won't be on the road early, if you're taking a road trip.

Negatives: It’s in a sketchy neighborhood but aren’t they all these days?!?!? Walking up our room to the smell of pot the maid and her supplier/friend/boyfriend were smoking and they scattered after we pulled up. My husband was very concerned that our truck was going to be stolen!

Negatives: All the water, in the bathroom was tepid no matter how long you let it run. No cold water for brushing your teeth, no hot water for bathing. Between the planes and trains very noisy, not a very relaxing stay.
