It's location right next to train and the 3 trains a night, also the amount of people notjotel quest that always where around. For a large place only one ice machine over all disappointment stay

The first time I visited in March, I got a shabby room. this time I got one of the newer rooms, and it made all the difference in the world, and more value for the price of the room stay.

You are RIGHT ACROSS the RAILROAD TRACKS where trains are coming thru all night TOOTING THEIR HORNS. No sleep. We should have known when there were ear protectors in the room when we arrived. The trains were so loud, they wouldn't have helped.

The staff was very friendly. They had a nice breakfast ready the next morning. The only bad thing is the traffic was very noisy and easily heard through our room. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Road noise. Several trains went by at night with whistles blowing. Breakfast was exactly the same each morning.

Room was nice and property was well kept and clean. Breakfast was great!
Negatives:
The lady in the front office had a terrible attitude and Should not be working in hospitality. She approached me very rudely about my service dog. Twice. The hotel and other staff were great, her verbal attack ruined the stay, unfortunately.
