The whole room and bathroom smelled RANCID of urine; even the AC smelled of urine. Carpet was coming loose in the room and was a tripping hazard, the beds are pretty thin and stiff. My nose was burning and I had a raw throat in the morning from the urine odor.

I hope that best western will pay attention to this review, because the people you have hired are top-notch, and need to be appreciated and rewarded.
