Good check-in process, clean large room, swimming pool and good breakfast.
Negatives:
Only two things you need from any hotel, a hot shower and good WiFi. Both were substandard during our stay. Reported no hot water issue to reception, with two further rooms checked for a possibly swap, but they were cold too! Courtesy apology, no maintenance availability.
As for the WiFi, this was not stable for the majority of the time and non existent throughout the whole hotel the following morning.

The Wi-Fi was terrible on and off, and front desk couldn’t help. Also I was charged 200 deposit and was told it would be refunded in the morning. When I checked out the next woman told me 4/5 days until I get my deposit returned. Not ok
