Positives: Your staff was great

Negatives: My room did not meet my expectations, we arrived very late due to some unexpected events before leaving town. We had no hot water, our restroom was a bit dirty, and my kids could not connect to the wifi. Due to us arriving late, I had no time to request a new room or even ask for them to assist with the wifi. The receptionist was kind, both checking in and checking out, had I had time to express my dilemma I'm sure they would have been resolved but not having to, is why we will probably be choosing somewhere else the next time we are in town.

Positives: Location was close to shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable for a nights stay. The ladies at the registration desk were very nice. Especially the one working in the daytime. I never got her name, but she was a Rockstar!

Negatives: In my room, the internet was not working. My room faced the outside of the hotel and the internet was non existent. The lady at the desk tried everything she could including calling her tech person. The tech person said he had to come and check the internet but didn't live nearby. So he would have to come the next day. We were only there for one night.
