Well when I made it there booking.com had run my payment and it was pending I was going to pay when I made it to the property. so I had to use another credit card before they would give me the key to the room and I was upset

Booking.com run my payment before I got there so I had to use another credit card before they would let me have a key and I was upset. For now on I will book my room when I get to where I am going on the property and use my card then.

Everything and it's amazing that the super 8 in hot springs is so different in a bad way. This location is very well a great location and friendly staff and Managers.
