Amongst the most affordable Motels in ritzy Bentonville, I was not disappointed. Clean cold well sized room, some facing a pool, others like mine had both access to car parked 10 ft away and hallway access. Good ace machine, fast internet, very kind working class employees. Breakfast offering typical at this price point offering, Yogurt, prepackaged muffins, self cook sugar waffles, milk and cereal. If you enjoy a good night sleep, save yourself a lot of money and stay here and take yourself out to a wonderful dinner at the most classic Dennys and a high end burger joint about 1 minute walk adjacent.

Location was great. We were in a hurry, so missed out on the breakfast. In town for the Fantasy Renaissance Faire (Rentopia). It was a good time, great city. Felt safe at this motel.

This is very much a "you get what you pay for" hotel. It is an older hotel so everything has wear and tear. There were parts of it that would benefit from some repair and replacement.
It was an acceptable level of clean for an old cheap hotel. We planned to be out exploring NWA, enjoying different restaurants and just sleeping at the hotel so we didn't need or expect much out of the hotel. We prioritized our spending on experiences over accommodations.

We were in this hotel the night the tornados hit Bentonville and surrounding areas on 5/25-26/2024. It was absolutely terrifying. The only reason we knew to leave our rooms and find a safe place to hunker down was because we have our phones set to alert us of tornadoes.
The front desk assistant was COMPLETELY useless. He said he was new and didn't know where the guests should go to be safe during the tornado! Absolutely unacceptable!! This should be part of orientation!! The sirens were going off and the wind sounded like screaming. Guests were wandering around downstairs in the lobby and lower hallways. The lobby had a skylight and glass doors. We tried to find what we thought was the safest spot. Our cell phones had no reception in our spot so we had no idea if we were in the tornados path. The path ended up being just a couple blocks from the hotel. We were so lucky. Things could have been so much worse. There were cars in the parking lot and buildings all around us were damaged.
Like I said the desk attendant should have been able to direct the guests to a designated location that was the safest spot during a tornado. Maybe even made an announcement over the intercom.
We obviously ended our trip early and went home. They did refund our unused night.

Very clean in room. All staff was good but the head boss.
Negatives:
I booked with a friend who made reservation with a handicap room in the notes. Instead of holding a room. they rent it out. Wouldn't give a discount. Our dad's 77 and veteran they made her walk him up the stairs. he was hurting from the walk-up stairs. Yes, the next got her one.
