Negatives: Everything

Negatives: The furniture was stained and nasty looking. There was food between mattress and box spring up by wall.

Negatives: Security-there was none, and wide open doors at night. Linens and towels not fresh. Room and equipment not functional as in tv access, light fixtures fire hazard, smoking room rented as non smoking room, and floor areas not separated with luggage stands(broken and left in a heap/pile to resemble functional). Room equipment was unplugged and looked damaged. Our late arrival would have allowed everything to be better prepared but posted time arrival seemed to indicate an opportunity to give us a room that was never expected to be rented out. The room was not a prepared rental.

Negatives: Bath tub was dirty. Room smelled. Only 2 towels, staff picked up dirty towels and did not leave clean ones.

Negatives: NO HANDRAILS IN THE SHOWER/BATH. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Negatives: Marajuana smell and some questionable people lurking around. Hard to understand checking clerk.

Negatives: The room is stinky, and HAD ROACHES! Stomped and killed 3 of them, and we were usually out and about.

Negatives: Electric went out in our room ! Which happened when the coffee pot was plugged up. Front desk told us we would have to wait until 8 am before maintenance could fix the problem. And this all happened while I was trying to get ready . The ceiling was all cracked up and looked like Black mold was growing on part of it. Bathroom door was all busted up . The room smelled like sewer. Tv remote didn’t work we had to have them get a different one. Plug ins didn’t work properly. No blow dryer as told they had. I requested some kind of justification on our room and was told the manager doesn’t work on weekends so while need to contact then on Monday. This was the busiest weekend of the year for this town. Bike BBQ and blues was going on and no management with a completely full hotel. No blankets on the beds in the room with our friends was in request those when we checked in earlier in the day when we returned that evening still no blankets! Was told they tried to call the room several times but no response from us . We was at the bike rally! The phone didn’t even work in that room we had to go to the desk to contact them . Lies!!

Negatives: Breakfast selection was limited. Tub could use some anti-slip strips.

Negatives: 11 am checkout time, and the sealant to the tub was leaking somewhere which caused the bathroom floor to flood and out into the hallway of the hotel room as well. The staff did do an amazing job at cleaning it and put in a work order for it.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: How dirty the floors in the room was! I had to use a towel and water to scrub it bc it was turning our socks black from the dirt!
