Negatives:
This is not a hotel or Inn. This is a motel. I would never had chosen it if I had known. This needs to be accurately described and marketed.
Review
I felt misled. It is a motel.

Positives:
The staff was really friendly, they served a hot breakfast, and had a amooth experience checking in/out. The room was clean and well stocked. The room had amenities like a desk, microwave, and fridge. The towels and sheets were clean with no stains. The morning and night staff were super polite. Close to the end of serving breakfast the staff was asking if anyone would like her to put out more sausage or eggs. At checkin the lady gave clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and where to park. While the heater was broken in my room, I had made a last minute check in to get 5 hours of sleep before checkout so I didn't have time to call the desk for help or ask if I could switch rooms. It's possible the issue would've been resolved but I didn't have time so I just dealt with it.
Negatives:
The hotel was booked up but there were people having to park along the walls because they ran out of parking. My hotel room door felt fragile and wobbly in the frame like it could be kicked in. My blinds were broken so I had to fiddle with them several times sliding them back and forth until there was no gap. It was a cold night and morning and my heater wasnt working, it just blew cold air. The shower was hard to adjust it would go from scalding hot to lukewarm and couldn't get it in between. My room had no cellphone reception so I felt a little unsafe because when I tried to text and call my boyfriend that I made it there it wouldn't go through. I had to go outside at night to make calls. I think it wouldn't have normally been scary if I traveled with someone but I was traveling alone.
