I had change rooms 2 times. I was having my daughter a sleepover. We decorated the room. Toliet didn't work. We had to take all the decorations down and move to another room. When we get to the other room and sit up again. Go to use the sink and turn on the garbage disposal and poop comes up the sink. We had to take decorations down again and move to another room. We spent most of our night moving and redecorating. Horrible experience

I liked the professional staff! Everyone I talked to was very nice. Housekeeping staff were very sweet ladies. The best customer I ever had at any hotel. I didn’t ask for management because of how nice the staff was.
Negatives:
I didn’t like the messed showers, you can tell things were already broken off the wall by the spots where things had been and shampo stuff on the side of the tub instead of the wall. I had to switch rooms because the water didn’t drain from the sink, it went out very slow as well as the tub. I did have the drain pulled up! Hotel could use some updates/fixes in the rooms, especially bathrooms.
