The room was old, furniture, bed etc, musty, frigde was leaking water. Bathroom needed attention old and worn, wash clothes had holes, dirty wash cloth was left on top of shower curtain rod. We checked in, but did not go to our room until 10 pm so I did not complain since we were leaving the next morning.

Was not greeted by desk clerk because she was talking on the phone which sounded like a personal call. Was on the phone the whole time we were checking in. Hall way looked like it had not been cleaned in days. Trash in our room was not emptied. Bathroom floor had not been cleaned. Commode had not been cleaned.

Everything looked really rundown and dirty. My bed and bathroom were clean, but everything else in the hotel looked like it needed a good vacuuming, wipe down, and updating. The fridge was unplugged when I arrived. I wasn’t sure why until I came back to my room after being out for several hours and the air conditioner had been tripped. Makes me wonder if that’s why my key card didn’t work as well. I had to get it reset in order to get in the room. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a hotel where the circuits were overloaded. The cleanest place in the entire hotel was the stairwell. The staff were nice. One young lady seemed overwhelmed by customer complaints. I felt bad for her.
