Positives: Nothing. It was terrible

Negatives: They wouldn't let us check in on time, we had to come back an hour later. Then after we finally checked in, our room still wasn't ready. My children and I had to sit in the car for 40 minutes, waiting for them to finish "cleaning" our room. Staff was rude, there was no pool like advertised. No cups for water or coffee, when we asked, they said they didn't have cups.
