Positives: Absolutely nothing! Ready for demolitiobn. Permanent residents living there. It was very unsafe! Floors were dirty, black feet walking on them. Unclean all around. Holes in the bedspread. Very dingy. Couldn't wait to leave. Granola bar for breakfast.

Positives: It was quiet.

Negatives: The shower was nice but water flooded the floor, I never found the ice machine and as I was driving away we saw the person collecting the linens peeking in the window of the room next to us that had a do not disturb sign on their door.
